One legal step stands between checkout and a working address, and it takes about five minutes. Here's exactly how it goes.
Pick your plan and pay. You'll get a confirmation email within seconds with a link to book your verification.
A five-minute video call where we witness your signature on USPS Form 1583 and check your two IDs. Federal law requires this before we can accept your mail.
Your address is live and yours to use. We notify you every time mail arrives — pick it up, or have it forwarded.
No. It's a real street address at a staffed San Diego suite, with a private mailbox number. That's why it's accepted where P.O. boxes are refused — including by most carriers, which won't deliver to a P.O. box at all.
Most customers do. Some banks and state filing offices apply extra scrutiny to private mailbox addresses, so if your use case depends on one specific institution accepting it, check with them before you sign up. We can't guarantee a third party's decision, and it isn't grounds for a refund.
No — and we'd rather tell you now than after you've paid. Google's guidelines exclude rented mailing addresses from Business Profile eligibility. If a Google listing is what you're after, this product won't get you there.
It covers work that happens once, up front, before you receive a single piece of mail: identity verification, filing your USPS Form 1583, registering you in the USPS database, and setting up your mailbox. It's charged one time and never again.
Cancel any time and service runs to the end of your paid month. Fees already paid aren't refunded. USPS then requires us to forward your mail for six months — or you can tell us in writing to stop forwarding, at no cost. We'll walk you through that choice when you cancel.
Yes, any time, and you only pay the activation fee once. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
